ANOTHER PROBLEM
I think I am raising to further define my opponents hands to much and losing value or having to fold to reraises. I do this because I can not read a hand to save my life sometimes. I want to know where I stand instead of playing poker. I am going to have to figure out how to fix this without losing a ton of money.

Can't read a hand to save your life? Come on. Maybe you're trying to hard to come up with an exact hand. Try focusing on putting them on a range instead. At the very least it makes it easier to excuse bad play. "Oh, I figured that was only in his range 15% of the time so I made the call."
